JaMarcus Russell recently spoke out about his benching, and I couldn’t be happier. It has been a painstaking three months since our last Darndest session.
Russell called his benching “embarrassing and unwarranted,” and promised a “totally different JaMarcus” when he returns.
Embarrassing and unwarranted? What in the word do you call two touchdowns and nine interceptions in nine games? Or what about a 47.7 passer rating? That’s about the most warranted thing I have ever seen in my life, with you being the first selection of an NFL draft coming in a close second.
He is trash.. soon he is going to say he will be in the H.O.F.
This guy is always saying the wrong things. He’s a QB of an NFL team he’s supposed to be leader. Instead he’s always pointing the finger at other people and acting like he does nothing wrong. What a bust for the Raiders.

I don’t get it, no one ever even heard of the guy until the threw a ball 70 yards on one knee. He wasn’t great in college, why would he be good in the NFL? I don’t understand why people thought that.
