I was reading a thread posted on CBS Sports and it was titled, “Brady dink ed and dunked to championships”, so obviously I took a look into what this guy had to say. I’m going to sum this up so I don’t make this guy sound even more retarded than he already does.
He stated that since Brady was a 6th round selection, he clearly isn’t as good and his numbers, or his championships indicate. He later mentioned that Randy Moss and Wes Welker blew up his numbers. He truly believes that Brady is a system quarterback and that his defense and Adam Vinatieri won him three Super Bowls.
How I love freedom of speech. Were Moss and Welker there when Brady won his three rings? Nope. Deion Branch, Troy Brown, David Givens and David Patten were. The Pats defense obviously did help them; every Super Bowl team has a defense that helps them win championships. But, they couldn’t have won them without Brady. Now as for Adam Vinatieri, he is a kicker and we’ll just leave it at that.
To whoever wrote this post, you are now on the same level as our boy Steve Phillips. Congratulations.
Brady is a system QB to a certain extent. But, he’s great in his system and he has three rings. Can’t take that away from him. Matt Cassel couldn’t lead the Pats deep into the playoffs so that has to say something.
Yeah but who isn’t? Sure he “dinks and dunks” to Welker a lot, but that’s because the white boy get open! When Moss is open deep, does Brady not deliever?? I think he does…does 23 ring a bell?

Any of you guys agree with me that Matt Cassel is a system quarterback? I’m still fuming that the Chiefs wanted him over my boy Thigpen lol
No I don’t agree. Cassel’s legit. In 7 games he has 8 TDs and 5 INTs so he’s on pace for 20 TDs and 11 INTs on a horrible KC team and he threw 21 TDs and 11 INTs on NE. So same stats, worse team, no he’s not a system QB. Actullay he missed week 1 so he’s only played 6 games.
