Manning brothersThe New York Giants and the Indianapolis Colts are led by the undefeated Manning’s.  Eli may very well be the best quarterback in the NFC, and we already know that Peyton wears the crown in the AFC.  With that said, will these bro’s meet at the Super Bowl in Miami?

The G-men arguably have the most complete team in the NFL, ranking #2 in total offense and  #1 in total defense.  After being heavily scrutinized early in his career, Eli has completely reversed his fate.   He overcame all the booing and negativity from the die hard New York fans and brought them a ring in ‘07, and he might be back in ‘10.

Manning has a gang of young receivers to get the ball to.  Steve Smith is leading the NFL in the triple crown of receiving (37 rec, 481 yards, 4 TD’s) and Mario Manningham is 12th in the league in receiving yards with 342 to go along with 3 TD’s.  The Giants physical offensive line lets their thunder and lightning backfield strike often.  The world is finally getting acclimated with the electric Ahmad Bradshaw who flawlessly complements the brutal running of 6′4 264 lb. Brandon Jacobs.

As for the Colts, it seems like every year Peyton and the team start the year with an attempt to go 16-0.  Well, they are at it again and doing it with a bunch of youngsters and without the help of Bob Sanders.  Peyton is off to one of his best starts to a season with five consecutive 300-yard games and 12 TD’s.  Rookies Austin Collie and Donald Brown, and 2nd year WR Pierre Garcon are hungry to stick in the league while giving the Colts a spark of youth.  Reggie Wayne and Dallas Clark are still at the top of their game and are providing opportunities for these young studs.  Like the Giants, their defense is legit and the Colts are allowing only 14.2 points per game.  Sack king Dwight Freeney is leading the way with six sacks this year.

I don’t understand Bob Sanders. I mean I love the guy, but how can you come IN to the season already hurt?
